Our History
Founded in 1995, Frazier Outreach Inc. was incorporated in 2023 and has been serving our communities for over 25 years. Our organization was established to address the growing need for assistance for those facing financial, medical, or social challenges.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs and services to meet the needs of our community, including emergency financial assistance and therapeutic services. Coming soon is job training, childcare assistance and housing assistance. Our goal is to empower individuals and families to become self-sufficient and promote permeance.
